Srivastava.
Sidhi Srivastava is an Advocate who practises across various courts, with expertise before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.
Her core focus includes civil and criminal litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency and company law matters before the NCLT and NCLAT, debt recovery matters before the DRT, and constitutional and criminal law including bail, anticipatory bail, and matters under the PMLA and NDPS Act.
She brings strong judicial grounding to her practice, having served as Law Researcher in the Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav, High Court of Delhi, where she worked across civil writ, criminal, PMLA, NDPS, bail and constitutional matters.

Samar Pratap Singh is an Advocate practising in New Delhi, with experience before the Delhi High Court, District Courts and NCLT.
